U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-Marietta) presented a stimulus check of $625.000 to the city of Cedartown in Georgia. The $625.000 is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Where does the hypocrisy come in? He and all the other Republicans had voted against the stimulus bill. Can we say hypocrite?
