I had a fun day yesterday (Sunday). I went to the Halloween store with hubby to look at Halloween costumes, trying on random wigs. He seemed more confident wearing wigs because he didn't care what he looked like. I tried on various hats and mustaches as well as sun glasses. Eventually we got the whole store involved and everyone was trying on wigs and hats, etc. I wanted to get a cute outfit but most outfits for the female adult are short and revealing. It's all about sex appeal as oppose to cute and fun. I don't think I could wear most of these outfits at work even if it's Halloween. Thus I'm still thinking what I want to wear. I was hoping for Pippi Long Stocking, a lady bug or just some sort of a man. A colleague of mine last year was Teddy Roosevelt and she pulled it off really well. I think the kid's and teen costumes are much more fun. They had geisha, cats and various cartoon characters.

Then we came home and we ended up putting on some weird German music from 70's and early 80's. I don't think many people know the band Dschinghis Khan (my husband says they make the Village People look like Macho Men lol) . But they had a couple of hits at Eurovision -- I don't know how many people actually about this European music competition. Anyways, I ended up singing in German to Dschinghis Khan's Moskau and Dschinghis Khan as well as to Nena's 99 Luftballons (99 Red Ballons). It was a lot of fun but also totally crazy. My husband actually enjoyed it because he got to see me sing in my native language, kind of going wild .
